Our team of talented professionals is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and making a positive impact in our communities. **Job Summary** As a Senior Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for: * Supporting the execution of less experienced Client Care Agents, new or upgraded services and procedural changes, and the general effectiveness of the team * Providing input and presenting plans to improve or implement processes and tools with a general customer support impact * Performing complex customer service tasks * Providing subject matter expertise and translation of procedures to less experienced Client Care Agents and providing guidance to meet defined efficiency and performance objectives * Collaborating with the team and communicating with various departments * Suggesting areas requiring improvement * Connecting with internal and external clients * Handling incoming and outgoing calls to clients * Utilizing various systems to research and resolve issues with client addresses on proclamations **Required Capabilities** * 4+ years of customer service, financial services, or contact center experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education * Strong customer service skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment * Successful organizational, multitasking, and prioritization skills * Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills * Intermediate Microsoft Office skills * Microsoft Access skills * Ability to navigate multiple computer systems, applications, and use search tools to find information **Preferred Capabilities** * Bachelor's degree in a related field * Experience working in a similar role or industry * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Familiarity with financial services and products * Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software **Benefits of Working at blithequark** As a valued member of our team, you can expect a comprehensive benefits package that includes: * Healthcare Benefits: blithequark offers clinical, dental, and vision protection coverage for employees and their qualified dependents.
