Senior Data Analyst

We're looking for a hands-on and product-minded Senior Data Analyst who's ready to take ownership of analytics from the ground up. You'll play a key role in shaping data culture, driving product improvements, and building scalable analytics infrastructure in a fast-paced environment. Right now we have 4 open positions for Data Analysts to join product, marketing, and commerce analytics teams depending on your professional interests and experience. Responsibilities: Build and lead analytics function, including processes, tools, and data pipelines. Proactively identify growth opportunities and generate data-driven hypotheses to improve business and product metrics. Analyze product changes and evaluate the impact of product initiatives. Help the team approach problems structurally and make decisions based on data. Contribute to the development and maintenance of the data model. Create dashboards and alerting systems to monitor key metrics and detect anomalies. Develop internal analytics tools and set up core analytical processes, such as A/B testing and data logging. Promote a culture of experimentation and hypothesis validation across the company. Requirements: 4+ years of experience as a data analyst. Strong SQL skills and a deep understanding of working with data. Solid Python skills, including beyond basic analytics libraries. Experience with at least one popular BI tool (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Superset). Hands-on experience designing and analyzing A/B tests. Strong knowledge of statistics and experimental design. A passion for organizing, structuring, and bringing clarity to complex systems. Familiarity with ETL principles is a plus. Experience with GitLab and Airflow is a bonus.
