Our team is passionate about getting the data right, and we're looking for a seasoned data analyst who shares our enthusiasm for solving complex problems and uncovering insights that drive customer and user needs. **Responsibilities** As a Senior Data Analyst on our Customer Experience Platform team, you'll be responsible for: * Partnering with counterparts in product, engineering, finance, and operations departments to produce analyses, datasets, and data models necessary to measure and inform product development * Developing deep systemic knowledge of data from operational systems (e.g., CRM or ERP software) and strategies for continuous improvement of the reporting capabilities of that data * Prototyping SQL queries to create datasets that support product, operational, and revenue reporting needs * Building tools and dashboards to automate reporting and generate insights that will allow the team to quickly and accurately see how our products and processes are performing * Proactively identifying areas outside the regular stream of business requests where analytics can add value – having that "canary in a coal mine" mentality when it comes to data **Requirements** To succeed in this role, you'll need: * A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or proven experience in these areas) * 3+ years of professional experience in Business Intelligence (BI), Data Analytics, Data Engineering, or similar roles, with a focus on understanding user and behavioral data and its relationship to business outcomes * Robust methods for QA data to ensure accuracy and completeness * Strong SQL and data modeling skills * Advanced knowledge of ETL and data pipelining practices * Ability to and comfort with disambiguating stakeholder needs and requirements **Bonus Ingredients** While not required, we're excited about candidates with: * Relevant work experience in a high-growth tech or SaaS company * Experience using backend data from operational sources (e.g., Netsuite, Salesforce, RevPro/Zuora Revenue) * Experience with Hex, Looker, Snowflake, Airflow, GitHub, AWS, dbt, Python * Familiarity with Financial and Accounting concepts, data, and reporting **Our Spread of Total Rewards** We strive to provide competitive compensation and benefits programs that help attract, retain, and motivate the best and brightest people in our industry.
