About the Role: Senior Data Architect - Voice of the Customer Analytics We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Architect to lead the transformation and innovation of our end-to-end Voice of the Customer method. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and building a robust data model architecture to support advanced data processing and standardized metric definitions. This is a unique opportunity to work closely with product and process owners, subject matter specialists from Qualtrics, and the Agile team in Technology to drive business growth and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with utility teams to define, design, and capture business needs, and develop a deep understanding of Voice of the Customer methods to inform data-driven decisions. Design and build a robust data model architecture to support advanced data processing and standardized metric definitions, leveraging tools such as Qualtrics, Cornerstone, and large data platforms. Enable big data and batch/real-time analytical solutions using transformational technologies (Hadoop, HDFS, MapReduce, Hive, Spark, and Python) to deliver innovative solutions ensuring data quality and accuracy. Provide guidance to enhance competencies to drive efficiency in computing programs using the big data ecosystem. Lead customer insights evaluation and elaboration, design and development of software programs, and explore and build automation tools. Proactively identify and automate manual tasks to improve quality and efficiency. Work closely with partners from GSN and AET to prioritize, define, enhance, and test data for various use cases as part of the VOC end-to-end strategy. Requirements and Qualifications: Essential Qualifications: Hands-on experience with Hive/Hadoop, PySpark, Python, Shell scripting languages, and development launch management and troubleshooting for data-driven projects for at least 3+ years. Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Qualtrics and Cornerstone platforms. Knowledge of big data technologies, including HDFS, MapReduce, and Spark. Familiarity with data modeling and data warehousing concepts. Experience with data visualization tools and reporting.
