Job Overview We’re seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Engineer to design and develop data architectures in cloud and hybrid platforms, collaborating with our team of experts to deliver strategic consulting, design, advisory services, market research, and contact center analytics that drive business outcomes and value for our clients. As a Senior Data Engineer, you will play a critical role in mentoring team members, building data engineering skillsets, and driving new capabilities forward. Key Responsibilities Develop data engineering solutions, including data pipelines, visualization, and analytical tools to support business operations and analytics Design and develop data architectures in on-premise, cloud, and hybrid platforms, ensuring scalability, security, and performance Collaborate with data scientists, analysts, and stakeholders to ensure data consistency, quality, and integration across various platforms Mentor other team members in building data engineering skillsets and drive new capabilities forward Assist team management in defining projects, including estimating, planning, and scoping work Prepare and contribute to presentations required by management, showcasing technical expertise and business acumen Essential Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related subject area, or equivalent experience 5 years of experience developing cloud solutions using data series, with hands-on experience in cloud platforms (Amazon Web Services, Azure, or Google Cloud) Experience with Informatica IICS / IDMC, SQL, NoSQL, and/or relational database design and development Advanced knowledge and experience in building complex data pipelines with Python, and proficiency in languages such as SQL, DAX, Java, Scala, and/or Go Preferred Qualifications Experience in master data management (MDM) and data governance tools Knowledge of data validation and error-checking processes, data modeling, and database performance optimization Experience with data wrangling, exploration, and discovery, with a passion for uncovering new business insights Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams Skills and Competencies Strong technical skills in data engineering, cloud platforms, and data architecture Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality results Career Growth and Learning Benefits At Concentrix, we’re committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
