Key Responsibilities: Driving Data Excellence Accurately and efficiently enter data from source documents into a computer-connected terminal, ensuring high-quality output. Operate an alphabetical/numerical keypunch machine as required, maintaining precision and attention to detail. Verify data, perform clerical tasks, and ensure the smooth functioning of the data processing workflow. Examine, revise, approve, and dispatch input and output materials according to established specifications, demonstrating a keen eye for detail. Work on semi-routine assignments that require recognizing deviations from accepted practices, showcasing your analytical skills. Receive general instructions on routine work and detailed instructions on new assignments, adapting to changing priorities and requirements. Meet productivity standards as outlined in client metrics, consistently delivering high-quality results. Identify issues or trends and bring them to the attention of the management team, demonstrating proactive problem-solving skills. Participate in special projects as assigned, expanding your skill set and contributing to the team's success. Perform other duties as assigned, showcasing your flexibility and willingness to adapt to changing needs. Essential Qualifications: The Foundation for Success High School Diploma or GED, providing a solid educational foundation. At least 1 year of data entry experience, demonstrating your ability to accurately and efficiently enter data. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, with the ability to create correspondence, work within templates, and manage email and calendars. Ability to work standard business hours (8:00 am - 5:00 pm), ensuring consistent availability and reliability. Must be 18 years of age or older, meeting the minimum age requirement for employment. Preferred Qualifications: Enhancing Your Profile 1 year of healthcare experience, providing a deeper understanding of the industry and its nuances. Previous experience with EPIC, Cerner, or other hospital applications, demonstrating your familiarity with healthcare technology.
