We're committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences across all touchpoints, and our Product Frameworks and Examination group is at the forefront of this effort. **Job Summary** We're seeking an experienced Senior Data Scientist to lead our information science team in developing and implementing advanced analytics solutions that drive business growth and customer engagement. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for designing and executing data pipelines, developing predictive models, and communicating insights to stakeholders across the organization. If you're a data enthusiast with a passion for storytelling and a knack for driving business outcomes, we want to hear from you. **Key Responsibilities** * Provide strategic vision and leadership for the information science team, focused on Omni Channel examination across both brick-and-mortar and e-commerce channels * Lead cross-functional teams, collaborating with Examiners, Specialized Accomplices, and Business Pioneers to develop an innovation roadmap aligned with business needs * Interpret business requirements into precise product specifications to guide development * Lead solution design meetings, adjusting approaches to business drivers, challenges, and long-term objectives * Design and implement effective data pipelines to address business issues, utilizing specialized tools and retail frameworks * Set and execute information science team best practices and lead code audits for colleagues * Create compelling visuals, diagrams, and graphs that resonate with data, tailored to various audiences * Utilize advanced analytical techniques (regression, AI, clustering) to drive meaningful insights **Essential Qualifications** * 2+ years' experience developing Examination, Measurable, or AI models to extract insights and address business challenges, ideally in a retail setting * Capability in web examination and visitor division using data to drive informed decisions and improve online experiences * Lead small teams in rapid and accurate data analysis, feature definition, and creative problem-solving for business challenges * Ability to work on complex issues, creating data-driven stories for direction * Cloud stage/tech capability * Aptitude in AI or machine learning methods * Ability to investigate and underlying driver examination * Successful in fast-paced, evolving conditions **Preferred Qualifications** * Familiarity with various project management methodologies (waterfall, agile, scrum) * Proficient relational skills for effective team and individual communication * Capability in different data technology areas: + Data pipelines and ETL tools (e.g., SQL, SSIS, Knime, Alteryx, Scene Prep) + Database platforms including Snowflake and SQL Server + Preparing languages (e.g., Snowscript, JavaScript, VBA, Python) + Factual and Information Science languages (e.g., R, SAS, Python for Information Science) + Utilization of AI strategies * Experience with cutting-edge analytical systems (e.g., regression analysis, clustering, statistical induction, theory testing, p-values, causal inference, Random Forest, Bagging, Boosting, Time Series) **What We Offer** * Competitive salary and benefits package * Opportunity to work with a global entertainment and media company * Collaborative and dynamic work environment * Professional development and growth opportunities * Flexible remote work arrangement * Access to cutting-edge technology and tools * Recognition and rewards for outstanding performance **How to Apply** If you're a motivated and results-driven data scientist with a passion for storytelling and a knack for driving business outcomes, we want to hear from you.
