Job Summary As a Senior Engineer - Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing technical support to customers, resolving issues, and ensuring that our customers have a positive experience with American Airlines. This is a full-time remote position that requires 8 hours of work per day, and offers a competitive salary of $27/hour.
