Job Summary As a Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT) at Key Autism Services, you will play a vital role in implementing ABA therapy programs for children and adolescents on the autism spectrum. Working under the supervision of a BCBA, you will provide one-on-one therapy sessions, collect data, and support clients in achieving their goals. Key Responsibilities: • Provide one-on-one in-home ABA therapy sessions to children and adolescents on the autism spectrum • Collect behavior and skill acquisition data during sessions • Conduct discrete trials, implement behavior support, and treatment plans as directed by a BCBA • Work collaboratively with a BCBA supervisor to implement basic principles and teaching procedures of ABA therapy • Be responsive to the needs and requests of clients, their families, and supervisors • Maintain professionalism, punctuality, and preparedness for therapy sessions • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge Requirements: Essential Qualifications: • High school diploma or GED • 1 year of experience working with children in a 1:1 setting • 1 year of experience in ABA therapy, or 1-2 years of experience as a Special Education Assistant, Paraprofessional, Direct Support Professional, Medical Assistant, Autism Experience, Teacher's Assistant, or ABA Tutor • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Reliable vehicle and valid driver's license • Ability to lift up to 35lbs and perform activities that entail fine and gross motor skills Preferred Qualifications: • Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification • Experience using a Cognitive Behavior Intervention Plan with youth and families • Knowledge of ABA therapy principles and practices What We Offer: Competitive Compensation and Benefits: • Competitive hourly rate ($20/hour and onwards based on experience) • Incentive programs and bonuses • Opportunities for professional growth and development Growth Opportunities: • Flexible schedules • University partnerships, supervision, practicum, and mentoring for aspiring BCBAs • * RBT certification assistance Work Environment and Culture: • Collaborative and supportive team environment • Opportunities for professional growth and development • Flexible scheduling to accommodate work-life balance Why Join Our Team?
