Job Summary In this dynamic role as a Senior Customer Success Manager for Small to Medium-Sized Businesses in the EMEA region, you will be the face and voice of blithequark for our clients, both internally and externally. Your primary responsibility will be to build genuine and durable customer relationships while converting those relationships into opportunities for long-term revenue growth. You will serve as our client's trusted advisor, providing strategic guidance on operational and product-related issues. Simultaneously, you will be an internal advocate for clients with blithequark, championing new products and capabilities to facilitate the expansion of each client's business with us. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute comprehensive account strategies for long-term success, focusing on a smaller number of high-value strategic accounts. Proactively identify risks and rally internal stakeholders to address customer issues in a timely manner, optimizing customer sentiment. Build relationships with senior stakeholders, develop a deep understanding of the customer's business, hiring plans, and success outcomes, and put a success plan in place to maximize the customer's experience. Host regular business reviews to assess the partnership and identify areas for improvement. Be the voice of the customer by collecting product and operational feedback, prioritizing requirements based on risk, urgency, and revenue impact, and project managing internal stakeholders to deliver priority items in a timely manner. Provide a high-quality experience to our customers on a day-to-day basis and coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely responses and completion of customer requests. Drive the adoption of platform features that will lead to a better customer experience and better retention. Qualifications To be successful in this role, you should have: A minimum of 6+ years of relevant work experience, including client-facing experience. Previous experience in at least one of the following: fast-growth startup, top-tier management consulting, investment banking, or private equity. Proven ability to build relationships and remain calm and collected when facing crises or criticism. Quantitatively inclined and data savvy, with the ability to draw insightful conclusions from complex data sets and synthesize raw numbers into simple, actionable recommendations. A reliable, motivated self-starter with a passionate growth mentality, who enjoys fast-paced environments and thrives in roles requiring a high degree of responsibility. A solid track record of achievement, such as success in a top-tier company, delivery of quantifiable business impact, or assumption of responsibilities. A strong analytical foundation with the ability to manipulate and synthesize data. Natural curiosity and a desire to make an impact.
