As a Senior Information Examiner, you'll be responsible for managing and analyzing data related to subscriber information, including account updates, billing, and other critical business metrics. You'll work closely with our upstream partners to ensure accurate and timely delivery of membership change notifications, and you'll help identify subscribers who may be impacted by issues that require prompt attention. **Key Responsibilities** * Manage and analyze data related to subscriber information, including account updates, billing, and other critical business metrics * Develop and implement data-driven solutions to improve subscriber experiences and reduce errors * Collaborate with upstream partners to ensure accurate and timely delivery of membership change notifications * Identify subscribers who may be impacted by issues that require prompt attention, and work with our incident management team to resolve these issues * Develop and maintain strong relationships with our business partners, including our data engineering and quality teams * Drive process improvements across our data, business operations, and finance teams through the development of solid communication processes and functional playbooks * Contribute to the design of robust reporting solutions that minimize data errors and improve subscriber experiences **Essential Qualifications** * 2+ years of experience working with SQL, particularly in an ETL processing pipeline * 2+ years of experience in a data analysis or related field * Proven ability to communicate complex technical or analytical ideas to a wide range of audiences * Knowledge of Python/R or other statistical programming languages * Knowledge of data analysis and visualization tools, such as Tableau, Looker, or Chartio * Strong relational skills, as well as written and verbal communication skills **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience working with cloud-based data platforms, such as Amazon Web Services (AWS) or Google Cloud Platform (GCP) * Knowledge of data governance and quality principles * Experience with data visualization tools, such as Power BI or QlikView * Strong understanding of data modeling and data warehousing concepts * Experience with agile development methodologies and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines **What We Offer** * Competitive salary and benefits package * Opportunity to work with a global leader in the entertainment industry * Collaborative and dynamic work environment * Professional development opportunities, including training and mentorship programs * Flexible work arrangements, including remote work options * Access to cutting-edge technologies and tools * Recognition and rewards for outstanding performance **How to Apply** If you're a motivated and detail-oriented individual with a passion for data analysis and customer experience, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
