Senior IT Mergers and Acquisitions, ERP Analyst
Job Description: • Coordinates the planning, scheduling, and decision making of business application conversions/implementations • Organizes and monitors activities from concept phase through implementation including post implementation support • Manages and plans current and future M&A activity through direct knowledge of Advocate Health's core ERP and WFM platforms • Provides consistent and timely communication to project sponsors and other leadership involved in the project • Creates and maintains documented processes, techniques and tools aligned with project management methodology Requirements: • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field • Typically requires 5 years of experience in information technology, applications and related business experience • Advanced knowledge of computer operating platforms, applications software, and network software • Advanced knowledge and ability in the use of project management change management software and tools and methodologies • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite or similar products and experience with large scale automated systems Benefits: • Paid Time Off programs • Health and welfare benefits such as medical, dental, vision, life, and Short- and Long-Term Disability • Flexible Spending Accounts for eligible health care and dependent care expenses • Family benefits such as adoption assistance and paid parental leave • Defined contribution retirement plans with employer match and other financial wellness programs • Educational Assistance Program Apply tot his job
