The Opportunity We are seeking Senior M&A Advisors / Business Brokers with experience in lower middle market transactions ($1M–$50M in revenue). This is a fully remote role offering 100% commission with exceptional earning potential. What We Provide • Steady, active deal flow (sell-side) • Professional valuation services • Marketing and buyer outreach services • Transaction and administrative support • Training and ongoing professional development • A scalable platform designed for senior advisors Key Responsibilities • Advise business owners on sell-side M&A transactions • Lead client relationships from initial engagement through close • Manage deal processes from valuation presentation to close • Work with internal valuation, marketing, and support teams to execute transactions efficiently • Maintain high professional and ethical standards throughout the transaction lifecycle Ideal Candidate Profile • 20+ years of general industry experience • Experience in M&A, investment banking, private equity, business brokerage, or entrepreneurship • Proven success closing lower middle market deals ($1M–$50M revenue) • Strong financial, strategic, and negotiation skills • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently • Excellent communication and client management capabilities Education Requirements • Bachelor’s degree required • MBA, CPA, JD or other advanced degree strongly preferred Compensation & Upside • 100% commission-based compensation • No income cap • Realistic annual earnings of $500,000 to $1,000,000+ for top performers • Platform designed to support sustained, long-term success Job Type: Full-time Pay: $500,000.00 - $1,000,000.00 per year Benefits: • Flexible schedule Education: • Bachelor's (Preferred) Experience: • Business Basic: 10 years (Required) Work Location: Remote Apply tot his job
