Senior Manager - People Impact (Hybrid)
About the position The Senior Manager - People Impact leads multiple teams responsible for delivering People Impact programs, including cross-functional initiatives, community partnerships, external opportunities, and internal engagement efforts. Develops area plans that integrate business priorities with People Impact objectives and community outreach goals. Drives the execution of BRG activities, external collaborations, and recruitment strategies to increase representation. Ensures effective resource utilization and achievement of organizational targets through integrated program implementation and evaluation. Responsibilities • Own one or more global talent development areas, including defining philosophy, setting strategy, creating objectives, market intelligence, change management, communication, and tools. • Provide subject matter expertise on one or more enterprise areas to support the alignment, design, development, delivery, and management of talent, brand or community engagement with external sources. • Provide talent development thought partnership and offer solutions to HR Partner stakeholders, ensuring consistency in executing talent agenda across the organization. Identifies and solves complex business problems, leveraging resources within Business Resource Groups. • Partner across United to integrate Business Resource Groups into supporting enterprise-wide solutions. • Partner with departments to identify and develop strategic capabilities for the business, including creation of action, change management, executive buy-in, org design support, upskilling plans, and implementation of success measures to ensure ROI. • Educate stakeholders on talent development area(s) of focus, including internal programs and processes as well as external best practices.
