We're looking for a talented Senior Manager of Shopper Marketing, Grocery East to join our team and drive business growth through effective marketing strategies. About the Role The Senior Manager of Shopper Marketing will be responsible for developing and executing marketing programs and strategies to increase sales and brand awareness within key grocery retailers. This critical role will manage and develop an associate manager, reporting to the Director of Shopper Marketing, Grocery, and collaborating cross-functionally with Customer Business Leads/Managers, Brand Marketing, Category Insights, and other stakeholders to achieve overall business objectives. Key Responsibilities Lead Shopper Marketing strategy and execution for assigned retailers within the Grocery channel, identifying core shopper insights, setting objectives, and developing omni-channel plans to deliver business goals and meet or exceed KPIs across the shopper journey. Collaborate with management and other functional teams to ensure marketing plans align with business priorities and goals, leveraging Coca-Cola's extended team, insights, tools, and resources. Develop and implement a detailed calendarized marketing plan with clear objectives, KPIs, strategies, and programs by trimester, complete with tactical details and budget line items. Oversee and manage operating budget, real-time transactional reporting, optimizations, invoice processing, and monthly reconciliations/reviews. Directly manage retailer media and marketing relationships, including negotiation of national and regional campaigns, campaign execution, and post-program analysis. Serve as a subject matter expert on assigned retailers, shopper segments, insights, trends, competitive landscape, and brand sales/marketing performance, coaching and educating relevant teams on retailer marketing policies and best practices. Foster a continuous improvement mindset with direct reports, coaching and developing the team to achieve exceptional results. Essential Qualifications To succeed in this role, you will need: A BA/BS degree in a relevant field. 6-7+ years of experience in shopper marketing, sales, marketing, or shopper insights. A hybrid presence in our Whitestone, NY office, with up to 25% travel required by car or plane. A self-starter, hard-working, and proactive team player with a can-do attitude. Knowledge of shopper loyalty data, Nielsen scan and panel data, and Microsoft software. A proven track record of driving business growth through innovative marketing programs. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Compensation and Benefits We offer a competitive salary range of $153,000 - $175,000, depending on geography, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. You'll also receive a full range of medical, financial, and other benefits, including an Annual Incentive Reference Value Percentage of 30%.
