This role works closely with the Interim Strategic Sourcing Lead to separate existing enterprise agreements, drive sourcing events for key indirect categories, and build a future-state procurement model for the standalone entity. This is a hands-on sourcing role focused on execution, contract analysis, and strategic supplier alignment rather than a technical IT practitioner role. Overview of the Position The Senior Manager will analyze supplier agreements tied to a divesting business unit, identify impacted contracts, and support the full sourcing lifecycle for high-impact indirect categories. This includes operations and facility services, professional and corporate services, and technology spend such as SaaS, cloud, telecom, and infrastructure agreements. The role requires strong judgment, the ability to operate in a fast-moving separation environment, and comfort working across legal, finance, IT, and operational teams. The new entity must be fully operational with its own supplier ecosystem by May 1, 2026. This role is critical to ensuring contract continuity, reducing value leakage, and minimizing the need for Transitional Service Agreements (TSAs). Key Responsibilities • Partner with sourcing leadership and legal teams to support the separation of enterprise agreements tied to the divesting business unit. • Analyze existing supplier agreements to identify impacted services, dependencies, and contractual obligations. • Lead or support sourcing events for critical indirect categories, with emphasis on technology, operations, facility services, and professional services. • Develop supplier transition strategies that ensure continuity for both the legacy organization and the new standalone entity. • Draft, review, and negotiate contract terms aligned with future-state requirements. • Maintain sourcing trackers, dashboards, and status updates to ensure visibility into progress, deadlines, and dependencies. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including legal, finance, IT, and business operations to execute supplier transitions with minimal disruption. • Support the development of interim and long-term procurement processes, templates, and sourcing playbooks for the new organization. Required Qualifications • Seven or more years of experience in sourcing, procurement, or vendor management with a focus on indirect categories. • Demonstrated expertise in technology sourcing, including SaaS, cloud services, telecom, and infrastructure agreements. • Experience supporting contract disentanglement, M&A transitions, or business unit spin-offs is highly preferred. • Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. • Proficiency with sourcing and procurement tools such as SAP Ariba, Coupa, ServiceNow, or similar platforms. • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related discipline.
