We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Producer to join our Games Innovation team, driving the development of innovative, AI-enabled, and AI-powered games that will captivate and inspire players worldwide. About Our Team and the Role The GenAI for Games team at Netflix is at the forefront of harnessing the potential of generative AI to revolutionize game development and player experiences. We're committed to a creator-first approach, putting creative talent at the center, with AI serving as a catalyst and accelerant. As a Senior Producer supporting GenAI for games, you will collaborate with external partners, our External Games publishing team, and internal teams to deliver groundbreaking games to the Netflix service. You will be working on three types of projects: Early-stage prototypes, vertical slices, and proofs of concept developed by external partners, requiring your expertise as an external producer to maximize their potential. AI-enabled and AI-powered games in full production, where you'll focus on the AI elements that differentiate these games from others in our portfolio. Prototypes and game projects within our internal team that would benefit from your production leadership. Key Responsibilities For early-stage external projects, you'll manage budgets and schedules, influence design and execution based on your creative and strategic judgment, and coordinate communication between partners and Netflix teams to set these projects up for success. For games in full production, you'll represent GenAI for Games in cross-functional teams, ensuring that AI bets are paying off and providing problem-solving support as needed. For internal GenAI projects, you'll provide production leadership, including schedule management, creative input, and coordination across Netflix teams. As a member of the GenAI for Games leadership team, you'll influence project decisions and contribute to the strategy and execution of the organization. Essential Qualifications 5+ years of experience as a game producer, with a proven track record of success. Ability to operate effectively in high-ambiguity situations and with emerging technologies. Experience working with both internal and external teams. Background in mobile game development or production. Strong creative instincts and a history of making informed creative decisions in fluid situations. Demonstrated ability to manage projects in the early stages of the game life cycle, including concepting, high-level design, prototyping, and evaluating results. Skilled in working through influence, building relationships, and shepherding decisions through stakeholders. Passion for AI in games and familiarity with the current state of AI in game design and development. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with comfort interacting with all levels of the company and external partners. Preferred Qualifications Comfort representing Netflix at conferences or events. Direct experience with AI, even as a part-time creator. Experience building games for early or unfinished platforms.
