Address uncertain or new issues by utilizing the skills of existing systems and collaborate to transform large issues into work for the team. Supervise the integration of cross-functional/organizational project/process courses of action, drive improvements and suggestions, and define functional goals and targets. Provide guidance and achieve results through driving/influencing the commitments of others. Essential Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Computer Science, Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field. 3 years of experience as a team supervisor within a technical influential position. Preferred Qualifications 3 years of work experience utilizing analysis to solve product or business problems, performing statistical analysis, and coding (e.g., Python, R, SQL). 3 years of experience as a team director within a technical influential position. Skills and Competencies To be successful in this role, you should possess: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks. Strong leadership and management skills. Proficiency in SQL, R, Python, and other data analysis tools.
