For more information, visit Ansira.com or LinkedIn. The Senior Salesforce Administrator is responsible for the overall operation of Sincro’s Salesforce platform. This position provides technical direction on configuration and maintenance, resolves production issues, and leads root cause analysis to identify and implement long-term solutions. The Senior Salesforce Administrator partners with both business and technical teams to prototype and deliver application solutions with respect to value, quality, information security and end-user experience and works with 3rd party resources to ensure that Salesforce-based projects are implemented according to best practices. Responsibilities: • Work across multiple business functions to identify, document, and implement streamlined business processes. Optimize business efficiency related to business users processing transactions in Salesforce. • Champion data governance and coach users to drive consistent and proper handling of data across the business. Enforce data governance where possible using system security. • Perform mass imports and exports of data as needed to facilitate acquisition integration, analytical reporting needs and other business use cases. • Gather and implement user enhancement requests, including but not limited to creating custom reports, objects, flows, email alerts, templates, etc. • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of other related business applications in order to make recommendations for improvements. • Develop and maintain application integrations to ensure efficient flow of critical business transactions. • “Own” the system: look for opportunities to improve efficiency by driving process changes and supporting them with system changes. • Maintain and provide support to the enterprise Salesforce ecosystem. • Ensure best practices are followed for any requested changes to the object model. • Provide design and oversight of, and configure permissions, permission sets, and profiles. • Partner with business and technical teams to understand, plan and mitigate impacts of Salesforce releases. • Participate in backlog review and sprint planning and participate in completing stories and tasks during sprints. • Organize/lead prototype development as well as participate in demos and user acceptance reviews. • Work with technical leads on the creation of design documents and artifacts. • Ensure procedures and system documentation is maintained for completeness and accuracy. Required Skills: • Deep practical experience administering a globally used Salesforce instance. • Expertise in all aspects of Salesforce configuration, with the practical skills to identify when coding/customization is needed and direct those requirements. • Ability to influence and coordinate the efforts of others and drive consensus across a diverse group of functional, technical, and business resources with conflicting or competing priorities. • Ability to coordinate a team of employees, vendors, and managed service providers to implement projects, enhancements, and improvements to NetSuite. • Strong interpersonal and customer relationship skills, including the ability to communicate to all levels of the organization and with non-technical partners to derive requirements and priorities. • Exceptional time management skills and capable of working in a fast-paced, changing environment with competing priorities and effectively deal with ambiguity. • Strong analytic and problem-solving skills, including the ability to arbitrate and objectively evaluate and prioritize competing requests. • Ability to define, create, and maintain clear procedures and system documentation. • Ability to work independently, multi-task and manage time. • Ability to hold self and others accountable for meeting deadlines and commitments. • Desire to be part of a learning culture, where teamwork and collaboration are encouraged. • Ability to drive work to completion effectively in a self-directed manner with minimal direction from manager. • Ability and willingness to drive a culture of partnership with our business stakeholders. Required Experience: • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Information Systems or related field OR equivalent experience. • 5+ years hands-on professional experience as a Salesforce Administrator • Proven experience and proficiency with Salesforce configuration. • Experience with provisioning, configuring, and managing applications from the Salesforce AppExchange. • Experience using data management tools and advanced querying capabilities. • Strong understanding of and experience with data modeling. • Knowledgeable in setting up and maintaining roles, profiles, sharing settings, validation rules, advanced formulas, flows, process builder, reports, and dashboards. • Knowledgeable and familiar working in Lightning Experience. • Experience working with Salesforce Communities (Community Builder, Community Manager, etc.). • Experience in all phases of a project including working with technical teams as well as the business users. • Ability to elicit and understand business process and requirements from customers. • Ability to translate business process and requirements into application functionality. • Strong record of quality assurance and testing best practices. • Demonstrated delivery with an agile methodology. Preferred Experience: • Salesforce Advanced Administrator Certification • Experience with Oracle CPQ Cloud (formerly Big Machines) • Experience with Pardot We are a culture of passionate, collaborative and respectful people.
