We partner with organizations to design and deliver scalable, secure, and intelligent Salesforce solutions that drive measurable business outcomes. • As Plumlogix continues to expand its Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud, and Agentforce offerings, we are seeking a Senior Solution Architect to support enterprise implementations and pre-sales engagements on a contract, part-time basis, with the opportunity to transition into a full-time role. Role Overview • The Senior Solution Architect will serve as a trusted technical and strategic advisor across enterprise-level Salesforce implementations and pre-sales activities. • This role requires deep expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Salesforce Data Cloud, and Agentforce, along with strong experience integrating Salesforce with enterprise data platforms such as Snowflake, Informatica, SAP, and other modern databases. • The ideal candidate is comfortable operating at both technical and executive levels, supporting solution design, architecture leadership, and client-facing pre-sales discussions for large, complex, multi-million-dollar engagements. Key Responsibilities Enterprise Architecture & Delivery • Architect and lead end-to-end Salesforce solutions involving:- Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Salesforce Data Cloud (Customer 360, Identity Resolution, Harmonization), and Salesforce Agentforce (AI-driven agents and automation) • Design scalable, secure, and high-performance architectures aligned with enterprise IT standards. • Ensure unified and trusted data visibility across multiple enterprise systems. Enterprise Data & Integration • Design and oversee integrations between Salesforce and enterprise platforms including:- Snowflake (enterprise data warehousing and analytics); Informatica (ETL, MDM, data governance); SAP (ECC, S/4HANA, SAP CX); and APIs, middleware, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) • Enable real-time and batch data synchronization with strong governance and compliance. Pre-Sales & Client Engagement • Actively participate in pre-sales calls, discovery sessions, and solution workshops. • Partner with Sales and Leadership teams to:- Define solution architecture and technical strategy; Contribute to proposals, estimates, and statements of work (SOWs); and Present technical solutions to C-level and executive stakeholders • Articulate business value, ROI, and technical feasibility clearly and confidently. AI, Analytics & Innovation • Design architectures that leverage Salesforce AI, Agentforce, and advanced analytics. • Enable personalization, predictive insights, and intelligent automation. • Advise clients on AI adoption and enterprise readiness. Governance, Leadership & Mentorship • Establish architectural standards, best practices, and documentation. • Provide technical leadership and guidance to delivery teams. • Mentor junior architects and technical leads as needed. • Support delivery risk management and long-term scalability. Required Qualifications Salesforce & Architecture Expertise • 8+ years of Salesforce architecture and solution design experience. • Deep hands-on expertise with:- Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Salesforce Data Cloud, and Salesforce Agentforce or AI-driven Salesforce solutions • Strong understanding of Salesforce security, performance, and data models. Enterprise Data & Integration Experience • Proven experience integrating Salesforce with:- Snowflake; Informatica; SAP (ECC / S/4HANA); REST/SOAP APIs and middleware. • Strong understanding of enterprise data architecture, ETL, and MDM. Client-Facing & Pre-Sales Experience • Demonstrated experience supporting enterprise pre-sales efforts. • Ability to confidently engage with executives and technical stakeholders. • Experience working on multi-million-dollar enterprise deals. Preferred Qualifications • Salesforce certifications (preferred, not required): • Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) • Marketing Cloud Consultant • Data Cloud Consultant • Integration Architecture Designer • Experience with regulated or large-scale industries. • Strong presentation, storytelling, and documentation skills.
