Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree or HR certification preferred. • 7–10 years of progressive experience in talent acquisition, including leadership roles in high-volume, dynamic environments. • Proven track record of delivering diverse, high-quality talent pipelines in technology or related industries. • Experience leading and managing complex projects while balancing day-to-day recruitment operations. • Strong knowledge of sourcing strategies, recruitment technologies, and industry best practices. • Data-driven mindset, with the ability to analyze recruitment metrics and present actionable insights to executives. • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills. • Experience with organizational change, program development, and strategic recruiting initiatives.
