Key Responsibilities • Collaborate with business and IT teams to identify and document APIs, record requirements for APIs and API clients, develop test cases for automated test suites, and create documentation. • Work closely with application support and development teams to resolve software bugs and raised issues. • Lead the resolution of issues with connecting systems based on various technologies. • Participate in regular project status reviews and contribute to the development of project status reports. • Convert high-level customer requirements into executable, detailed customer stories to enable development. • Create and maintain the product backlog and prioritize work for forthcoming sprints. • Foster a culture of safety, security, and diversity, embracing different individuals, thinking, and styles. Essential Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. • Experience in creating requirements and test cases for automated test suites for APIs. • Proven expertise with Agile or other rapid application development methodologies. • Strong technical mastery to apply relevant technical processes to suitable business needs. • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and client service skills. • Ability to work autonomously to achieve exceptional results. • Strong prioritization and time management skills. Preferred Qualifications • Solid experience in API practice/program at a large organization. • Strong involvement in discovery, identification, and documentation of APIs. • Ability to work with multiple IT and business teams to gather and report API requirements. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect directly with delivery teams. • Experience working within tight deadlines and prioritizing tasks effectively.
