(This position requires a Top Secret Clearance and a Sec+, or other relevant IAT LvII Cert) Program Overview Make a difference for national security by joining a team of dedicated IT professionals who will sustain, modernize and transform the enterprise IT capabilities for the Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency (DCSA). The Air Force and Combatant Commands Business Group of SAIC is seeking a SharePoint Web Developer to support a transformational infrastructure program for DCSA. SAIC is proud to be supporting DCSA in safeguarding our nation’s information. DCSA is the designated oversight authority on the accreditation of classified facilities, information systems, and the insider threat program. This involves security oversight of more than 10,000 companies and approximately 13,000 facilities involved in classified work throughout the DoD and 31 Federal agencies. Specifically, on the DCSA One IT program, SAIC will provide an enterprise IT solution that delivers highly secured and adaptable IT infrastructure, provides customer support, and cutting-edge technologies that support operations and advance the DCSA mission under a single IT environment (i.e., One IT). Job Description The SharePoint/Power Apps Developer will work with our team of IT professionals to design, develop, and maintain customized Power Apps solutions to streamline and automate business processes for government clients. The Developer will work with business and technical stakeholders to develop and document requirements, define constraints, and identify, build, and deploy best-fit technical solutions, including Power BI dashboards. Responsibilities include but are not limited to • Customization of DoD365 to meet business requirements. • Requires expertise with SharePoint Online site administration and page/list/library creation. • Requires strong knowledge and hands-on experience building Power Apps, Power Automate Flows, and Power BI for creating dashboards and analytics. • Building and managing solutions in SharePoint to customize the user interface (UI), while using SharePoint as the framework for managing pages and content. • Managing the full software development life cycle (SDLC) of business solutions. • Documenting, testing, and demonstrating solutions to government clients. Qualifications Required Qualifications It is required that the SharePoint Web Developer have the following qualifications • Bachelor's Degree and Nine (9) or more year of experience; or additional experience in lieu of a degree. • Must be a US Citizen and currently possess an Active Top Secret clearance. • Must possess a Sec+ or other relevant IAT LvII Certification • Ability to architect technical solutions including detailed written documentation. • Graphical design and technical skills required to customize SharePoint Online functionality and UI. • Experience configuring and tailoring SharePoint Online sites/lists/libraries to serve business needs. • Demonstrated expertise building dynamic and complex Power Apps and Power Automate Flows. • Demonstrated expertise using Power BI to build dashboards and data analytics. • Skilled using Microsoft 365 suite of applications. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Ability to multitask and flexible with shifting priorities. • Ethical and hard-working; able to perform with minimal supervision. • US Citizenship. Additional Qualifications • Experience integrating different data sources into SharePoint including the use of Power Platform connectors. • Experience with Agile and iterative software development methodologies. • Experience with Microsoft Dataverse. Desired Qualifications • Master's Degree. • Seven (7) or more years of experience. Target salary range $120,001 - $160,000.
