Shipping Clerk
Job Title: Shipper Job Description The shipper will assist in picking orders, boxing, packaging, shrink-wrapping, and palletizing them. This role involves using a pallet jack and scan gun to ensure that each order is accurately picked and verified against the order form. Responsibilities Pick, box, package, shrink wrap, and palletize orders. Use a pallet jack and scan gun for order processing. Verify the accuracy of orders picked against order forms. Essential Skills Experience in shipping. Ability to stand for 8 hours. Capability to lift 50 lbs. Strong attention to detail. Good attitude. Additional Skills & Qualifications 6+ months of experience in a warehouse setting, preferably in shipping, receiving, inventory, or stocking. Experience handling large orders. Proficiency with inventory and order processing tools such as World Ship and RF scanners. Forklift and pallet jack operation experience. Basic computer knowledge, including Microsoft Word and Excel. Work Environment Work in a brand new, air-conditioned warehouse with operating hours from 8 AM to 4:30 PM. The facility is located at 275 W Pinnacle Peak. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Phoenix, AZ 85027. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.
