Job Overview We are looking for an exceptional candidate to fill the role of Social Media Customer Support Specialist, who will be responsible for developing and optimizing customer journeys, customer engagement, and retention for our streaming services. The ideal candidate will have broad experience with digital marketing, client experience, and data analysis, and will be able to work closely with cross-functional teams to design and execute customer engagement initiatives. Key Responsibilities Identify key product strategies and features on partner platforms to inform our owned and operated product roadmap Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to drive customer-centric decision-making, including pricing, packaging, and promotional discounting Work with cross-functional teams, including marketing, programming, research, partner management, operations, product, and customer service, to design and execute customer engagement initiatives Proactively pitch product solutions across the customer lifecycle that encourage sampling and acquisition Develop and implement social media strategies to engage with customers, respond to inquiries, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner Analyze customer feedback and sentiment to identify areas for improvement and optimize customer support processes Essential Qualifications Experience in the streaming services industry or a related field Strong analytical skills, with the ability to comprehend and apply complex data Proficiency in CDPs and data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, SQL, Mixpanel, mParticle) Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams Preferred Qualifications Experience with social media management and customer support platforms Knowledge of digital marketing principles and practices Experience with data analysis and interpretation, with the ability to provide actionable insights Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively Skills and Competencies To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate will possess a range of skills and competencies, including: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to think critically and creatively Strong knowledge of digital marketing principles and practices Experience with data analysis and interpretation Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At arenaflex, we are committed to providing our employees with opportunities for growth and development.
