Social Media Strategist Needed to Build a Conversion-Focused Content Calendar (Reels & Short-Form)
Overview We’re looking for an experienced Social Media Strategist / Planner who can design a clear, execution-ready content roadmap for Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook, with a strong focus on short-form video, engagement, and conversion. This is not a posting or VA-style role. We’re looking for someone who understands why content works, not just what to post. Your job will be to create a 1–2 week strategic content plan that helps us grow the right audience, stay consistent, and turn attention into real business outcomes. What You’ll Be Responsible For You will develop a content calendar that includes: Clearly defined content pillars and messaging themes Daily post ideas with specific angles and intent (educational, authority, engagement, storytelling, promotional) Instagram & Facebook captions written to drive action (comments, saves, clicks, DMs) Reels & TikTok concepts with scroll-stopping hooks and video prompts A smart balance between value, visibility, and conversion Light guidance on hashtags, keywords, or Instagram SEO where relevant (not required, but a plus) The final deliverable should be easy to follow, easy to execute, and aligned with our brand tone, no fluff, no generic ideas.
