What To Expect As a Sourcer for Tesla’s Recruiting Teams, you will lead sourcing efforts across manufacturing, energy, supply chain, logistics, engineering, or skilled trades, supporting a diverse array of technical roles, leadership positions, and other initiatives critical to Tesla’s global scale. Thriving in fast-paced, mission-driven environments, you’ll leverage advanced sourcing techniques (including Boolean mastery), deep internet research, and strategic networking to identify top-tier candidates who align with Tesla’s culture of innovation and operational excellence.
