About the Role: The IT department at CrowdStrike is at the forefront of enabling our company's rapid growth and technological innovation. We are looking for an Senior AI Agent Lead to help lead the charge in building impactful Generative AI capabilities that enhance productivity, provide new internal capabilities, and unlock new opportunities for revenue. We’re seeking a self-starter who thrives in ambiguity, has strong product skills, and is passionate about AI. You will report to the Senior Director of Enterprise AI and collaborate closely with teams across Engineering, Legal, IT, Go-To-Market, Support, and more. As we continue to build out our team, you will also take on people leadership responsibilities — including managing and mentoring team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture, and helping shape the strategic direction of the team. What You'll Do: Create AI agents. Professionally craft canonical agents to support the most essential work across the company. Produce agents that operate in a cost-effective manner, and integrate successfully into the workflows of the teams that benefit from them. Evaluate, monitor, and improve agents. Develop eval datasets that can be used to monitor the performance of key agents, and support decisions around buy vs build or compare vendors. Help analyze usage patterns and advise on usage and cost optimization. Reimagine work. Be a sponge—seek to deeply understand the work of teams around the company in order to best serve them. Then help them evolve their workflows to best take advantage of agent support and automation. Do so with empathy that change can be disruptive to established ways of working. Share your expertise. Become a key member of the AI COE, sharing your expertise to help others around the company build better agents, and support company-wide AI training efforts. Stay on the frontier of AI and advise on adoption of new methods and tools. Be flexible yourself as everything about this role will need to continue to evolve as the AI ecosystem evolves. What You'll Need: Deep ML experience. Your ability to develop agents should be underpinned with a strong understanding of how the LLMs, and the AI systems behind them, work. Understanding of modern AI safety and governance approaches. Flexibility. Demonstrated ability to continuously adapt as new AI capabilities and tools have emerged. Business acumen. Ability to understand business processes in order to support with AI, as opposed to requiring business team to understand AI in order to leverage it. Communication and partnership skills. Placement within the pay range is dependent on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications, job level, supervisory status, and location. The base salary range for this position for all U.S. candidates is $145,000 - $220,000 per year, with eligibility for bonuses, equity grants and a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, 401k and paid time off.
