Job Title: Sr. Clinical Research Associate (CNS- Fixed Contract) Company: Midsize CRO Role: Sr. CRA Duration: 12 month renewable- Long term Potential! Rate: Fixed 1099 contract!! Looking for Candidate in the Central Time zone! travel: 8-10 days on site per month (your time zone plus one over) • 3+ years of monitoring experience required • Must have CNS monitoring experience • Must have Schizophrenia study experience Job Description We are seeking a Senior Clinical Research Associate to manage research activities at sites participating in clinical research projects, primarily focusing on registries and other non-interventional/observational studies. The role involves engagement throughout all stages of clinical studies, from identifying potential sites to study closure. Responsibilities • Manage research activities at participating sites for clinical research projects. • Identify potential sites and conduct study start-up activities. • Collect regulatory documents and support contract and budget negotiations. • Train sites on data collection and safety event reporting. • Oversee site activities during study maintenance and closure. • Conduct study initiation visits (SIVs). • Ensure compliance with informed consent and regulatory requirements. Essential Skills • Experience in clinical monitoring and as a Clinical Research Associate. • 3+ years of CRA monitoring experience • Experience is the indication of opening • Understanding of GCP guidelines. Additional Skills & Qualifications • Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills in English. • Superior organizational skills with attention to detail. • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CTMS, and EDC Systems. • 5+ years of experience as a Clinical Research Associate. • 4-year university degree or RN/BSN in Nursing. • Willingness to travel as required. Work Environment This is a 100% home-based position requiring approximately 70% travel. The role necessitates 8-10 days on-site monthly. You will be part of a leading CRO in CNS research, offering a dynamic and collaborative environment. Pay And Benefits The pay range for this position is $75.00 - $90.00/hr.
