The marketing team plays a key strategic role in the success of delivering business results and superior customer experiences, and we are looking for a Senior Digital Marketing Specialist – Website & SEO to join our team. The Senior Digital Marketing Specialist – Website & SEO plays a critical in shaping our digital presence. This position is responsible for managing and optimizing website performance, implementing advanced SEO strategies, and creating high-impact, AI-enhanced content that elevates user experience and brand visibility. By leveraging AI-driven insights, analytics, and optimization techniques, this role will ensure a seamless, personalized digital journey that accelerates organic traffic growth, strengthens engagement, and drives measurable business results. Responsibilities • Website Management Utilize AI-powered tools to monitor and optimize website performance, automate site health checks, and deliver personalized user experiences through predictive analytics and behavioral insights, ensuring functionality, uptime, and superior UX across all digital platforms. • Oversee day-to-day website operations, ensuring functionality, performance, and uptime. • Help identify and troubleshoot UI and UX problems across digital sites and platforms based on best practices, customer feedback, analytics, and business objectives. • Provide timely, in-depth analysis on web performance and OEM web applications to gain a deeper understanding of customer/prospect behavior and leverage insights in marketing strategy. • Search Engine Optimization (SEO) Leverage AI-driven tools and insights to develop and execute advanced SEO strategies—including predictive keyword research, automated technical audits, dynamic on-page optimization, and real-time algorithm monitoring—while using AI analytics to forecast traffic trends, automate reporting, and align organic and paid campaigns for maximum performance and ROI. • Develop and execute SEO strategies – including keyword research, on-page optimization, and technical audits – to improve organic search rankings and drive traffic. • Monitor and report on SEO performance and KPIs using tools like Google Analytics to ensure alignment with Caterpillar’s Digital Excellence Program and achievement of annual targets. • Collaborate across marketing team to produce relevant marketing campaign and journey experiences that increase traffic and foster and grow activation, adoption, and retention of Caterpillar eCommerce and digital applications. • Partner with Digital Marketing Specialist – Paid Media to align organic and paid strategies, ensuring cohesive messaging, optimized landing pages, and data-driven insights that maximize traffic, conversions, and overall campaign performance. • Website Content Development Harness AI-powered content optimization tools to create, edit, and publish engaging, SEO-friendly content for web pages, blogs, landing pages, and product descriptions, while using predictive analytics to maintain brand consistency and forecast engagement trends across all digital platforms. • Create, edit, and publish engaging, SEO-friendly content for web pages, blogs, landing pages, and product descriptions while maintaining consistent brand voice and messaging across all digital platforms. • Collaborate with marketing team to support campaigns and product launches while creating impactful marketing journeys that drive traffic and strengthen activation, adoption, and retention of eCommerce and digital applications. Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Web Management or related field. • 3-5+ years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on website management and SEO. • Proficiency in CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress), HTML/CSS basics, and SEO tools. • Strong writing and editing skills with attention to detail. • Analytical mindset with experience in Google Analytics and other reporting tools. Nice-to-haves • Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO). • Familiarity with accessibility standards and responsive design. • Knowledge of PPC and paid media is a plus.
