Skills • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, computer science, engineering, or 6 years of relevant experience. • 2+ years of experience in Blue Yonder WMS and Supply Chain Implementation consulting. • 2+ years of experience with Blue Yonder WMS concepts and configuration. • Experience with other WMS software (Manhattan, HighJump, RedPrairie, JDA, Korber Warehouse Advantage, etc.) is a plus. • Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills. • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects effectively. Responsibilities • Conducting client interviews (via phone or on-site) to understand their business and identify areas for improvement. • Sharing best practices and providing expert guidance to clients throughout the project lifecycle. • Creating detailed functional design documents that align with client requirements. • Guiding clients through system implementation, identifying and addressing any challenges or opportunities. • Training clients on the implemented solutions and ensuring they can effectively utilize the modified software. • Managing multiple projects of varying scope to successful completion. • Communicating effectively with internal and external stakeholders regarding project status. • Leading and participating in project meetings. • Providing post-implementation support to clients and resolving any issues that arise. • Participating in pre-sales activities and industry/marketing events. Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, computer science, engineering, or equivalent experience. • 2+ years of experience with Blue Yonder WMS. • Strong communication skills.
