We put our systems together, exercise them in the lab or in the field, measure and analyze performance, and make sure our products work the first time and every time. To accomplish this, we develop plans and procedures, debug and evaluate system functions and interfaces, develop test environments, and work hand-in-hand with our customers. We are excited to announce an opportunity for a junior-level Effector Systems Integration & Test (I&T) Engineer to join our team in Tucson, AZ. In this role, you will contribute to the critical process of ensuring all system components meet required specifications and performance standards prior to delivery. What You Will Do: • Perform lab test, integration activities, and flight test execution OR perform bench and lab integration activities for Guidance Electronics Assembly (GEA) OR perform lot acceptance testing of Seeker Heads in support of production. • This position may require up to 10% travel during periods that include field test execution. Qualifications You Must Have: • Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 2 years of prior relevant experience. • Experience with hardware and/or software integration on military platforms. • Ability to obtain Interim Secret U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date. Qualifications We Prefer: • Experience in Guidance Electronics Assemblies and missile systems host platforms. • Experience with IR Seeker Assemblies and Testing. • Experience in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering. • Experience with missile/launcher/munitions such as Stinger, Excalibur, or Coyote. • Experience with lab environment, electrical troubleshooting, utilization of lab equipment and hardware builds. • Experience with creating integration and verification strategies and developing plans/procedures What We Offer: • Our values drive our actions, behaviors, and performance with a vision for a safer, more connected world. The salary range for this role is 68,900 USD - 131,100 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
