We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. You are a candidate that will be motivated and looking to grow Operations Manager. Ideally, the candidate will be a quick learner with experience in the ABA field. The candidate will also have strong communication skills both written and orally, as well as high attention to detail. Talent Acquisition Specialist Responsibilities: • Recruitment Strategy: • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates for open positions. • Collaborate with hiring/operations managers to understand staffing needs and create targeted recruitment plans. • Utilize systems (Indeed, ATS, LinkedIn) to ensure timely recruiting. • Job Posting and Advertising: • Write compelling job descriptions and post them on relevant job boards, company website, and social media platforms. • Explore and implement creative and effective ways to advertise job openings. • Candidate Sourcing: • Utilize various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks, to actively source and identify potential candidates. • Build a talent pipeline for current and future staffing needs. • Screening and Evaluation: • Review resumes and applications, conduct initial phone screenings, and assess candidate qualifications. • Coordinate and conduct in-person or virtual interviews to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit. • Interview Coordination: • Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers. • Provide guidance and support to hiring managers in the interview process. • Ensure a positive and professional experience for candidates throughout the recruitment process. • Communicate with candidates regarding their application status and provide feedback as needed. • Collaboration with Hiring/Operation Managers: • Work closely with hiring managers to understand their team dynamics, requirements, and preferences. • Provide guidance on market trends and salary benchmarks. • Work with hiring/operation managers to prepare and extend job offers to selected candidates. • Assist in negotiating terms and conditions, including salary and benefits. • Onboarding Support: • Collaborate with HR and other relevant departments to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires. • Provide information and support to new employees during the onboarding phase. • Talent Acquisition Metrics: • Track and analyze recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and source effectiveness. • Use data to identify areas for improvement and optimize the recruitment process. • Compliance: • Stay informed about relevant employment laws and ensure compliance with recruiting regulations. • Adhere to company policies and ethical recruitment practices. Talent Acquisition Specialist Pay Ranges Based on Experience & Education: Base pay of $45,000–$60,000/year Benefits: • Helpful management team • 401(k) matching • Health/Dental/Vision • Flexible schedule • 120 hours PTO • Referral program • Tuition discount • Staff appreciation events Requirements: Talent Acquisition Specialist Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree preferred (Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or related field) • 1+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience required (ABA, healthcare, education, or social services strongly preferred) • Demonstrated work ethic, reliability, and consistency in ABA hiring processes • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for effective candidate engagement • Proven ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in fast-paced environments • Comfort with technology (ability to learn and adapt to new systems) • Meticulous attention to detail with a proactive, solutions-driven mindset Apply tot his job
