As a Technical Customer Service Associate, you will play a critical role in advising end-users on best practices, identifying and resolving client issues, and building strong relationships with all users of blithequark's applications. Key Responsibilities Advise end-users on best practices when using blithequark's applications, ensuring they maximize the benefits of our software solutions. Identify and resolve client issues associated with blithequark's applications in a timely and professional manner, maintaining the highest standards of customer service and quality. Build strong and professional relationships with all users of blithequark's applications, providing recommendations and feedback on client service improvements and product development. Maintain accurate records of all email/telephone/chat correspondence related to the role, ensuring seamless communication and follow-up with clients. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure that client needs are met, and that our applications continue to meet the evolving needs of the life sciences industry. Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need: 1+ year of relevant experience in a customer service role, preferably in the life sciences or software industry. Effective communication, organizational, and time management skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Professional telephone manner and excellent verbal and written communication skills in French and English. Demonstrated competence in standard computer packages (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and the ability to quickly learn new software applications. Ability to quickly understand client requirements and needs, and articulate potential solutions in a clear and concise manner. Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following qualifications are preferred: Experience working in a SaaS company or the life sciences industry, with a strong understanding of the challenges and opportunities facing our clients. Knowledge of CRM software and experience with customer service platforms. Certification in customer service or a related field, demonstrating your commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.
