About the job Provides technical support to field engineers, technicians, and product support personnel who are diagnosing, troubleshooting, repairing and debugging complex electro/mechanical equipment, computer systems, complex software, or networked and/or wireless systems. What you will be doing Responding to escalated tickets from operations and application support teams. Troubleshooting complex issues and providing detailed analysis to clients via ServiceNow. Accessing client systems remotely to diagnose and resolve problems. Collaborating with client technical teams and system engineers to implement solutions. Training clients on application functionality and best practices. Coding fixes when possible and working with developers to deploy solutions. Supporting software updates and enhancements. Communicating effectively with clients regarding bottlenecks, delays, and resolutions. Other related duties as assigned. What you bring Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or related field (or equivalent experience). 3+ years of experience in application support or technical troubleshooting. Strong knowledge of Perl, JavaScript, UNIX ; bonus skills include HTML, C, C++, Red Hat, FreeBSD . Familiarity with software development lifecycle and coding best practices. Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow preferred). Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong verbal and written communication skills for client-facing interactions. The pay range for this full-time position is $104,250.00 - $175,120.00 and reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this position based on the posted role, level, and location. Within the range, actual individual starting pay is determined by additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
