Temporary Remote CEC Quality Analyst

Job Summary: Monitors customer interactions to ensure compliance with all standards. Helps provide root cause analysis to issues that impact customer satisfaction by utilizing a variety of tools. Provides actionable feedback to Customer Engagement Center (CEC) stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: • Evaluate the quality of work performed by CEC team members across various channels, including emails, chats, calls, social media responses, marketing removals, and queue management. • Identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for process enhancements. Recommend solutions to improve customer experience and operational efficiency. • Resolves and assesses Tranmon claim entries. • Generate detailed reports on quality metrics, team performance, and trends. Present findings to management and recommend actionable strategies. • Meets expectations for attendance and punctuality. • Adheres to work rules and Company policies • Other duties as assigned. Qualifications: • High school degree or equivalent required. • Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, and Word) • Ability to perform data analysis and create any supporting reports • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail • Ability to provide constructive feedback in a professional and supportive manner • 2 years call center experience or 1 year previous QA experience.
