Trademark Attorney
More about the position. We are seeking an experienced Trademark Attorney with 5-7 years of experience to join our Intellectual Property Group. Must be able to independently handle trademark clearance searches/opinions, prosecute trademark applications, and manage domestic and international trademark portfolios, post-registration maintenance, enforcement matters, and proceedings before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board. We are looking for someone on a PART-TIME- or FULL-TIME basis. We will also consider a 100% remote candidate if you are not located near one of our offices. Who we are.
