They promote a hassle-free process that allows sellers to receive multiple cash offers and choose the option that best fits their needs, often with the ability to close in as little as seven days. Properties are purchased in any condition, eliminating the need for repairs, showings, or agent commissions. The client emphasizes experience handling complex or time-sensitive situations such as foreclosure, inherited homes, or financial distress, positioning itself as a reliable solution for motivated sellers. Job Summary We are seeking a highly organized and detail-driven Virtual Real Estate Transaction Coordinator to manage the full lifecycle of residential real estate transactions from contract to close. This role serves as the operational backbone of our acquisitions and dispositions process, ensuring timelines are met, communication is seamless, documentation is accurate, and every transaction closes smoothly. This is a full-time, remote position requiring on-camera availability throughout the workday for meetings, live coordination, and internal communication. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, takes full ownership of their work, and consistently operates with urgency, accuracy, and professionalism. Location Disclaimer: Preference is given to candidates based in Morristown, NJ; however, remote candidates are welcome provided they can work Eastern Standard Time (EST) hours. WHAT WE OFFER • $22.00/hour base pay plus $150 bonus for each successful transaction • Unlimited PTO to support work–life balance • Full-time W-2 employment • Bi-annual performance reviews with opportunities for merit-based increases • Defined career progression with advancement into senior-level roles • Opportunity to join a fast-growing real estate investment firm with a collaborative, ownership-minded culture • Goal-oriented, process-driven environment grounded in trust, accountability, and mutual respect • Strong emphasis on employee recognition, long-term stability, and continuous professional development ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES • Manage 30+ active real estate transactions simultaneously with precision and efficiency • Serve as the primary point of contact for sellers, buyers, attorneys, title companies, agents, inspectors, and vendors • Coordinate all transaction milestones from executed contract through closing and post-closing follow-up • Maintain accurate, organized, and audit-ready transaction files, documentation, and communication logs • Schedule inspections, walkthroughs, closings, and vendor services while coordinating property access • Manage all title, attorney, and compliance-related communication and documentation across multiple states • Proactively identify potential delays or issues and resolve them before they impact closing timelines • Prepare and verify closing documentation, utilities transfers, and final transaction requirements • Provide consistent status updates to internal teams and external stakeholders • Represent Rise Home Buyers with professionalism, clarity, empathy, and accountability QUALIFICATIONS: • 4+ years of experience in real estate transaction coordination, title, or a related real estate operations role (preferred) • Strong organizational, time-management, and project-management skills • Proven ability to work with urgency while maintaining exceptional accuracy and attention to detail • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with sellers, buyers, attorneys, agents, and vendors • Proficiency with CRM systems, transaction management platforms, and digital documentation tools • Comfortable navigating title issues, municipal requirements, and compliance documentation • Ability to work independently in a remote environment while remaining highly responsive and engaged on camera Apply tot his job
