Trial Activation Associate

At Thermo Fisher Scientific, we are searching for a motivated and highly organized Trial Activation Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate for this position will possess excellent problem-solving and organizational skills, as well as an eagerness to learn and develop their skillset. The Trial Activation Associate will be responsible for overseeing the activation of clinical trials in our organization, and will help ensure that all trials are completed on time and within budget.To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate must have a Bachelor's Degree in a related field, such as Clinical Research, Health Sciences, or a similar discipline. Additionally, they must have at least two years of experience in clinical trial activation or clinical trial management, as well as strong knowledge of relevant regulations and guidelines. Responsibilities for the Trial Activation Associate: Oversee the activation of clinical trials in the organization, ensuring that all trials are completed on time and within budget. Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and guidelines when activating clinical trials. Coordinate with other departments to ensure that all requirements are met in a timely and cost-effective manner. Assist in the development of new trial protocols and processes. Monitor the progress of clinical trials and provide updates to senior management. Develop and maintain strong relationships with external partners and vendors. Provide guidance and support to team members on clinical trial activation. Maintain accurate and organized records of clinical trial activities. Participate in training and continuing education activities to stay up to date on the latest developments in clinical trial management.
