And we’re looking for a Healthcare Virtual Assistant to start immediately! Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to: 1. Call patients to relay test results in a timely and professional manner. 2. Create and process referrals for specialised healthcare providers. 3. Order labs and imaging while coordinating and scheduling appointments for patients. 4. Maintain and update electronic medical records (EMR), ensuring accuracy and compliance. 5. Ensure adherence to healthcare regulations, including HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality. 6. Use communication tools like Avaya soft phone to interact with patients and healthcare providers. 7. Ad hoc tasks as needed to support the healthcare team.
