UX Designer Division: DATUM, Impac Exploration Services Location: Remote, Oklahoma City (OK), Houston (TX) Type: Full-Time Design at the Speed of Drilling We're not looking for someone to make our software pretty. We're looking for someone to make it disappear—to design interfaces so intuitive that roughnecks, engineers, and executives forget they're using software at all. Literally. One week you're sketching interfaces in Figma, the next you're on a rig at dawn watching operators interact with your designs through safety glasses and work gloves. You'll sit in control rooms understanding why that button needs to be exactly there. You'll present to executives who make million-dollar decisions based on your visualizations. This isn't theoretical design. When we say "ship fast," we mean your designs will be in production within weeks, used by real people making real decisions.
