UX Designer (Remote)
A financial services company is seeking a highly motivated UX Designer for a great remote opportunity with their team. About the Opportunity: Assignment Length: 10+ months (potential extension) Setting: Remote Responsibilities: Partner with business stakeholders to establish clear problem statements and define measures of success for a new customer care agent desktop interface Collaborate with customer care agents to deeply understand their needs and pain points Utilize the Salesforce Lightning Design System to define an architecture that synthesizes multiple systems/interfaces into a single, intuitive interface for agents Create user flows, wireframes, screen comps, and prototypes that reflect mastery of user-centered design principles Establish and document design standards aligned with overarching guiding principles for the agent experience when necessary Work closely with technology teams to assess feasibility and determine implementation timelines Communicate design rationale effectively through excellent verbal and written communication skills, fostering strong partnerships with product and business owners Partner across related disciplines, including usability, content strategy, accessibility, and web development, to achieve established business objectives Qualifications: Expertise in Interactive Web Design and User-centered Design practices Proficiency in creating User Flows, Wireframes, Prototypes, and Design Documentation Familiarity with Salesforce Lightning Design System Experience integrating multiple systems into a unified interface Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) for articulating design rationale and collaborating with cross-functional teams Apply tot his job
