Key Responsibilities • Execute detailed test plans to identify and reproduce software defects (bugs) in video games. • Document all identified bugs clearly, concisely, and comprehensively, including steps to reproduce, actual results, and expected outcomes, using designated bug tracking tools. • Provide constructive and detailed written and verbal feedback on game mechanics, user interface, player experience, and overall gameplay enjoyment. • Perform regression testing to verify that previously reported and fixed bugs remain resolved. • Actively participate in team meetings and discussions to review testing progress, highlight critical issues, and collaborate on solutions. • Stay informed about current gaming trends, new platforms, and evolving testing methodologies. • Collaborate effectively with developers, designers, and other quality assurance team members to maintain high product quality standards. • Adhere strictly to confidentiality agreements regarding unreleased game titles and sensitive project information. • Manage your time effectively to meet testing deadlines and deliverables in a remote work environment.
