Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education, active Special Education Teacher license and minimum 1+ years Special Education Teacher experience required. About the Role: A school district in Ohio is seeking a Virtual Intervention Specialist to provide support and targeted interventions for students in a remote setting. This role focuses on helping students improve academic, behavioral, and social-emotional outcomes while collaborating closely with teachers, families, and school teams. Position Details: • Schedule: Full-time, MondayFriday (hours may vary based on student needs) • Caseload: K12 students (caseload size determined by district) • Setting: Fully remote Responsibilities: • Provide targeted interventions to students in reading, math, and social-emotional areas. • Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed. • Collaborate with teachers, families, and school teams to support student success. • Participate in virtual meetings, IEPs, and team planning sessions as required. • Maintain accurate documentation and track student progress in accordance with district and state guidelines. Requirements: • Bachelors or Masters degree in Education, Special Education, or related field. • Active Ohio teaching license or eligibility to obtain. • Experience providing interventions in a school-based or virtual setting preferred. • Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills. • Comfortable working in a fully virtual environment.
