Key Responsibilities: Inbound and Outbound Operations: Arrange and coordinate the receipt and shipment of goods, ensuring accurate and timely processing of inventory. Inventory Accuracy: Guarantee inventory accuracy within processing sectors, identifying and resolving discrepancies as needed. Operational Procedures: Uphold standards in operational procedures, adhering to company policies and regulatory requirements. Vendor Compliance: Ensure vendor compliance with company policies and procedures, maintaining strong relationships with vendors and carriers. Outbound Shipment Process: Assist with the outbound shipment process for store deliveries, ensuring accurate and timely shipments. Administrative Support: Perform administrative and clerical duties, including greeting visitors, answering phones, scheduling appointments, and typing documents. Hardware Maintenance: Confirm that hardware is functioning properly, performing routine maintenance and troubleshooting as needed. Collaboration and Communication: Develop strong relationships with associates, vendors, and carriers, fostering effective communication and collaboration. Autonomy and Time Management: Operate with a high degree of autonomy, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively to meet productivity and accuracy standards. Safety and Security: Take safety seriously, adhering to warning signs, safety instructions, and communication from management regarding safety procedures. Essential Qualifications: Education: High school diploma or equivalent required. Experience: Familiarity with warehouse operations is advantageous. Attention to Detail: Keen eye for detail, with the ability to detect errors and discrepancies. Time Management: Strong time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet productivity standards. Teamwork: Effective team player, with strong communication and collaboration skills. Preferred Qualifications: Warehouse Experience: Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution center environment.
