About blithequark and the Role blithequark is a dynamic inbound call center that specializes in customer service and benefits compliance. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll play a vital role in shaping the customer experience during challenging times. You'll have the opportunity to apply the latest customer service techniques, learn our account management systems, and contribute to the improvement of our customer support processes. Key Responsibilities Customer Service and Claim Intake: Provide exceptional customer service and technical expertise through prompt, accurate, and courteous responses to customer inquiries. Offer empathy and support to customers during the claim process, ensuring a positive experience. Collect and document all claim details provided by the customer accurately and efficiently. Identify and resolve customer issues by adhering to client-specific handling instructions. Utilize call scripting to ensure consistency and efficiency in handling customer claims and inquiries. Punctuality and Reliability: Remain available for extended hours or additional shifts during peak periods or emergency situations to provide critical support. Adhere to break and lunch schedules to maintain productivity and ensure consistent customer service coverage. Essential Qualifications and Skills To excel in this role, you'll need: Language Skills: The ability to read and interpret documents such as police and accident reports. The ability to write routine correspondence and detailed accident descriptions. A confident, clear, and professional telephone presence. The ability to provide feedback verbally and in writing in a positive, professional manner. Bi-lingual Spanish skills are preferred, but not required. Computer Skills: Knowledge of basic computer functions, including Microsoft Word and Excel. The ability to type at least 40 words per minute. Education and Experience: A High School Diploma or general education degree (GED) is required. 1-2 years of quality assurance experience is preferred, but not essential. Network Requirements for Remote Work As a remote employee, you'll need to ensure a stable and secure internet connection. Upon hire, you'll be required to run a Speed Test from the computer you'll be working from (www.speedtest.net). Additionally: An Ethernet connection is strongly recommended, although not required. You must be on a private network; working in public locations is not permitted. No VPNs are allowed, as logins must occur within the US.
