We’re looking for a Wholesale Operations Assistant who thrives in a fast-paced, remote environment, ensuring seamless wholesale transactions and fostering positive collaborations with retailers. About The Woobles The Woobles exists to show people it's never too late to learn a new skill.We teach complete beginners how to crochet by combining a physical kit with emerging ed-tech tools. Responsibilities • Efficiently and accurately process customer sales/purchase orders, adhering to each retailer’s guidelines, and preparing necessary documents and paperwork related to wholesale transactions. • Communicate effectively with retail partners to confirm order details, resolve any discrepancies, and ensure smooth transactions. • Complete administrative tasks per retailer, including onboarding and product set up, sending samples, images and copy, and creating and sending buy sheets. • Ensure meticulous upkeep of tracking documents, file organization, and communication with retailers, monitoring dates for shipments, payments, etc. • Maintain compliance with retailers by keeping UPCs, packaging, and labeling guidelines up to date, coordinating with the appropriate teams to execute as needed. • Coordinate with internal teams, including logistics, inventory management, and finance, to ensure seamless order fulfillment and delivery. • Help create and maintain department SOP’s. Ideal Candidate • Previous experience in wholesale and/or sales operations, preferably within the ecommerce or retail industry. • Previous experience with major retailers like Walmart and Joann a plus, or other retail/wholesale accounts. • Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with a remote team. • Adaptability and willingness to learn new processes and technologies as needed. • Detail-oriented, deadline-driven self-starter able to work with initiative. • Team player with a positive, feedback-oriented attitude. • Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment in a remote capacity, managing multiple projects. • 2+ years of experience in Wholesale Operations, Sales Operations or Customer Service. • Availability from 9am-5pm ET Submit your resume andLoomvideo (see details below) to [email protected] with the subject line: “APPLICATION: Wholesale Operations Assistant".
