About the Role: Workplace Experience Associate - Mail, Hospitality, and Facilities Support We're on the hunt for a talented and experienced Workplace Experience Associate to join our dynamic team. As a Workplace Experience Associate - Mail, Hospitality, and Facilities Support, you'll be the face of our company, providing exceptional customer service, ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities, and making a tangible difference in the day-to-day lives of our employees and clients. Key Responsibilities: Deliver outstanding customer service by welcoming employees, anticipating their needs, and providing assistance with office orientations. Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, organization, and brand representation in break areas, social hubs, conference rooms, print areas, and surrounding spaces. Collaborate with various teams, including facilities management, to ensure a safe, comfortable, and well-maintained work environment. Proactively communicate and prepare for meetings and events, anticipating and addressing concerns to ensure seamless operations. Create work orders for custodial, maintenance, safety, and security concerns through the appropriate channels/systems. Perform a range of administrative tasks, including sorting mail, folding and posting outgoing mail, preparing packages, and maintaining office supply inventory. Provide backup support for reception services, meeting room and conference room setups, and filing duties. Undertake ad hoc assignments as required, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to adapt to changing priorities. Essential Qualifications: A high school diploma or general education degree (GED); or at least two years of related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience. A valid driver's license and a reliable mode of transportation. Excellent language skills, with the ability to read, write, and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other simple computer programs, including Word, Outlook, and Excel. A customer-centric approach, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional service to employees, clients, vendors, and guests. Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Effective problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve problems in a timely and efficient manner. Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience in a facilities or hospitality role, preferably in a commercial real estate or corporate environment. A proactive and adaptable approach, with a willingness to take on new challenges and responsibilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders.
