YouTube video creator (trial project, weekly work after)
I run a new YouTube series called "Growth Hack Review". Each 10 minute episode breaks down one company's specific growth hack using on-screen receipts. I am hiring **one video creator/editor** for a **trial episode**. If the trial is strong, I will extend to **one episode per week** on an ongoing basis. This trial episode focuses on **Zapier - Programmatic SEO**. You will assemble a 10 minute video using my script and a very specific visuals list. Use an AI voice as a placeholder for timing - I will later replace it with my own VO before publishing. I will award this same brief to up to **three** creators and continue with the one who delivers the best quality and attention to detail. ## What I will provide - A 10 minute script to read - A creative brief with exact exhibits to capture, links, zoom notes, and style rules - A CSV shot list template ## Your responsibilities - Capture the specified web pages in **4K** at **Chrome 125 percent zoom**, clean passes with steady scrolls (no manual zoom - you will add motion in edit) - Create **2 simple diagrams** as PNGs to match the brief - Assemble the episode with labels, light motion (subtle push-ins), clean captions, and chapter markers - **Use an AI TTS** to render a placeholder voiceover from the script so timing is correct. ElevenLabs, OpenAI TTS, or Amazon Polly are fine. UK English tone - Mix audio to the spec above - Deliver tidy files with the **naming convention** in the brief ## Timeline - Kickoff: you receive the brief and script - **T+72h**: first cut - **T+24h**: 1 revision round - Final delivery within **4 days** of kickoff ## Tools you are comfortable with - Screen capture: OBS or Loom at 4K - Editing: Premiere, Final Cut, or DaVinci - Design: Figma or Canva for the two diagrams and thumbnail - AI TTS: ElevenLabs or equivalent Apply tot his job
