With a commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion, we strive to create a workplace where everyone feels valued, respected, and empowered to succeed. **What Success Looks Like in This Role** As a 2nd/3rd Shift Customer Service Agent at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in supporting our clients' success by providing exceptional customer service, troubleshooting, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. Your expertise will be essential in: * **Supporting and troubleshooting client software applications**: You'll work closely with clients to identify and resolve issues, providing solutions that meet their needs and exceed their expectations. * **Documenting call information and monitoring team mailbox emails**: You'll maintain accurate records of client interactions, ensuring that all information is up-to-date and compliant with our quality assurance (QA) and internal standard operating procedures. * **Maintaining confidentiality and adhering to departmental procedures**: You'll handle sensitive information with discretion and follow established protocols for emergencies and critical situations. * **Providing exceptional customer service**: You'll be the face of arenaflex, delivering personalized support and building strong relationships with clients from diverse backgrounds and cultures. **You'll Be Successful in This Role If You Have:** * **College degree and at least one year of applicable experience**: A background investigation and drug screen will be required as part of our hiring process. * **Strong computer experience with Microsoft Office products and familiarity with SharePoint**: You'll need to be proficient in using these tools to manage client interactions and maintain accurate records. * **Strong written and verbal English communication skills**: You'll need to communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and management, both in writing and over the phone. * **Strong phone skills and a commitment to customer service**: You'll be the primary point of contact for clients, providing exceptional support and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. * **Ability to apply critical thinking and analytical skills**: You'll need to think critically and analytically to resolve complex issues and provide innovative solutions. * **Flexibility to work remotely within 50 miles of Indianapolis and travel to client sites as needed**: You'll need to be available to work from home or travel to client sites for urgent situations. * **Bilingual skills in Spanish, French, and/or Japanese are a plus**: While not required, bilingual skills can be an asset in serving our diverse client base. **What We Offer** * **Competitive compensation and benefits package**: We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off. * **Opportunities for career growth and development**: We're committed to helping you grow and develop your skills and expertise, with opportunities for advancement and professional development. * **Flexible scheduling and work-life balance**: We understand the importance of work-life balance and offer flexible scheduling to ensure you have time for your personal and professional pursuits. * **Diverse and inclusive work environment**: We're proud to be an equal opportunity employer, committed to creating a workplace where everyone feels valued, respected, and empowered to succeed. **Training and Onboarding** * **Hands-on training for approximately 6 months**: You'll receive comprehensive training and onboarding to ensure you have the skills and expertise needed to succeed in this role. * **Flexible scheduling during training**: You'll have the opportunity to work flexible hours during training, with a gradual transition to your scheduled shift. **Shift Schedule** * **2nd Shift: 5PM - 1AM** * **3rd Shift: 9PM - 5AM** * **Flex weekends**: You may be required to work weekends, with flexibility to float and cover additional shifts as needed. **Security Clearance** * **Access to export-controlled commodities and technology**: This role may require access to sensitive information and technology, subject to U.S. export control regulations. * **Eligibility for required authorizations**: You'll need to be eligible for any required authorizations from the U.S. Government to work in this role. **Equal Opportunity Employer** arenaflex is proud to be an equal opportunity employer, committed to creating a workplace where everyone feels valued, respected, and empowered to succeed.
